This March, come and meet Dian Luo, Senior Vice-President, General Counsel & Ethics and Compliance Officer at Transdev Canada!

The format is an intimate roundtable of around 20 participants with whom you'll have the opportunity to interact. This will be an opportunity to learn about Dian's experience and draw inspiration from her successes and her challenges.

Dian, a multidisciplinary executive, and licensed lawyer is currently working at Transdev, a world leader in multi-modal mobility as the General Counsel and Senior Vice-President of its Canadian subsidiary.  She plays a pivotal role in shaping the legal, risk, and strategic landscape of development projects and operations in the dynamic mobility and mass transit sector. As a crucial part of Transdev Canada's management team, she established the legal department in 2020, leading its digital transformation. Beyond legal roles, Dian assumes leadership and advisory duties, contributing significantly to the company's expansion nationwide. Notably, she co-orchestrated Transdev’s involvement in a major C$9 billion Public Private Partnership bid and for the Ontario Line project in Toronto, which Transdev won in 2022.

Recognized as the Rising Star by Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Montréal, Dian also contributed as an executive member at YCPA, founding its mentorship program. Additionally, she engages in assessing future sustainability leaders at the Cambridge Institute. Valedictorian of her executive MBA class, Dian embodies commitment to growth and sustainability, shaping Transdev Canada into a key player in Canada’s evolving mobility landscape.
