As part of its mission to propel young Asian professionals and entrepreneurs, YCPA is organizing a series of business breakfasts with key business leaders from Montreal's Asian community. This April, come and meet Virginie Tan, Vice President, Commercial Financial Services, Retail Banking, and Franchises at the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC).

Virginie Tan is Vice President, Commercial Financial Services, Retail Banking, and Franchises at the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). With 11 years at RBC, she has diverse experience including Regional Commercial Coach for Quebec, Branch Manager, Senior Financing Specialist, and General Manager of Treasury Management for Eastern Canada. Her passion is unlocking people's potential to maximize their performance. She serves on RBC Quebec's DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) committee and was President of YCPA in 2013 and 2014. She was also honored by the Quebec government with a medal at the last Orchid Ball for her community involvement.
