YCPActive is officially back for summer 2026! To kick off our summer events, we invite you to lace up your sneakers for a fun 5k run along the scenic Lachine Canal.
For All Levels: To ensure everyone has a great time, we will be offering two different paces:
The "Experienced" Pace 5:30 to 6:00 min/km: For experienced runners looking to maintain a steady, faster cadence.
The "Casual" Pace 6:30 to 7:00 min/km: For a more relaxed run, perfect for those who want to move at their own comfortable rhythm without any pressure.
