From May 09 to May 10 2026
The Orchid Ball, YCPA’s flagship event celebrating Asian Heritage Month, returns for its 18th edition!
Under the theme “Riding the Waves of Change,” the ball celebrates the Asian community’s transformative impact in Quebec. From entrepreneurs and innovators to artists and community leaders, the event recognizes those who turn change into opportunities for progress and shared prosperity.
On behalf of YCPA, we invite you to join us at the eighteenth edition of the Orchid Ball, Riding the Waves of Change, to be held on May 9, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. at the Maison Principale located at 872 Rue du Couvent, Montréal, QC H4C 2R6.
This year’s Orchid Ball celebrates the transformative contributions of the Asian community to Quebec society and the collective momentum shaping our future. From the revitalization of Chinatown to the influence of Asian-owned restaurants across Montreal, and from community advocates to artists and innovators, Asian communities continue to enrich the province’s social, economic, and cultural landscape. Under the theme Riding the Waves of Change, the event highlights how communities do more than adapt to change — they help lead it. By recognizing entrepreneurs, leaders, educators, and creators who are shaping new possibilities, the Ball celebrates those who create the conditions to turn shifting realities into pathways for shared prosperity.
