Mar 11, 2026
From 10 AM to 8 PM
FERA brings together the business youth community each year to reflect on the strategies that will shape tomorrow’s economy. By advancing ideas that keep Quebec at the forefront, it becomes a true forum for dialogue among young leaders, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers, and concludes with the publication of a white paper outlining key findings and recommendations to inspire collective action.
Inspired by Joseph Schumpeter’s concept of “creative destruction,” the 11th edition of FERA explores how technological, economic, and social disruptions dismantle old paradigms while paving the way for new ways to innovate, lead, and collaborate. In a rapidly changing world, how can the business youth community not only adapt, but become a driving force behind this transformation?
YCPA is proud to serve as the host chamber for this edition of FERA, organized by the RJCCQ. In this role, we have the honor of welcoming and bringing together emerging business leaders from across Quebec, creating a space that fosters dialogue, collaboration, and the visibility of the next generation of leaders.
FERA, presented by Hydro-Québec, invites you to a dynamic day filled with engaging conferences and panels, smaller breakout workshops to deepen your knowledge, a vibrant partner exhibitor space, and a closing cocktail reception to continue the conversation in a convivial atmosphere.
