YCPA invites you to join us for an online wellness workshop on Thursday, June 18, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, presented in partnership with Live With Hu, a guided wellness practice.
We all know the feeling: a packed agenda, a meeting that drained you, a decision you keep circling back to. Work stress is something every professional navigates, yet most of us were never taught how to actually deal with it. This 60-minute live session is designed for young professionals who want practical tools, not abstract theory.
Facilitator Dié Hu will walk us through a simple, repeatable method to quiet mental noise, break the cycle of stress, and think more clearly - combining guided journaling with a short meditation you can return to long after the session ends. No prior experience with journaling or meditation is needed. Just show up with something on your mind, a pen, and a notebook.
This is an intimate session by design, capped at 15 participants so everyone has space to reflect and engage.
