Dear members and collaborators,
Spring is just around the corner, the perfect time to do a mortgage spring-cleaning to get your finances in order .
Interest = Rate x Principal … We all know how interest charges are calculated. Yet, when choosing a mortgage based solely on the interest rate, you would only be accounting for half of the equation. The interest youpay on this loan may be as high as the actual cost of the house itself. It does not have to be so. In addition to paying huge amounts in interests have you checked whether your mortgage insurance is protecting your investments or benefiting your financial institution instead?
What would you say to saving thousands of dollars in interest charges, paying down your mortgage faster and improving your cash flow position? YCPA invites you to its next conference presented by Mrs. Marilyn Martel (Manulife) and Mrs. Virginie Tan (Question de finance) in order to help you stay on top of your finances, be better protected and get your money’s worth.
The Art et Finance conference and networking event will also enable you to discover the works of Jacinthe Lessard-L.
