
Paul is vice-president within the Infrastructure and Project Finance team of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has led the drafting of many business cases according to the nouvelle politique-cadre du Secrétariat du Conseil du trésor du Québec. He has recently completed two business cases for the Jewish General Hospital and participated to the drafting of the CHUM and CRCHUM ones. In addition, he has worked on a variety of projects in alternative financing procurement, ranging from hospitals to wind farms valued at anywhere from C$300M to C$2B. Paul is a specialist in financial modeling and value-for-money analysis within the context of infrastructure projects across Canada.
Before PwC, Paul spent two years working in the London office of the Asset Backed Investment team of Shinsei Bank. As an associate at Shinsei Bank, Paul analyzed, modelled and participated in the syndication of many European transactions worth €20M to €250M for a portfolio valued at more than €3.5B. While at Shinsei Bank, Paul specialized in buy and sell side mezzanine financing, LBOs, and PPP.
Paul holds a masters in finance from the London Business School in the UK and also obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
