Bernard is located in Singapore as Products Manager (Asia Pacific) for Future Electronics, a major global distributor of electronic components. He previously worked as marketing director of Unimasoft, an IT startup that uses the Chinese language to create a universal animated language. Bernard holds a B.Sc in Psychology and a certificate in Linguistics from University of Montreal. He also has an MBA in International Business and Marketing from HEC Montreal, and has been practising mandarin Chinese for several years.

As a previous YCPA executive, Bernard contributes with a diversified experience and ties to the local business community.
