On November 22, 2011, YCPA implemented a new formula for its Orientation Day aiming to provide guidance to its members looking forward to find their first job and to get informed on the actual labour market. Instead of inviting a delegation of professionals to introduce themselves, YCPA retained the services of a specialized recruitment firm, Adecco HR Consulting Services, to present a conference on how to get hired. With great interests, members were paying much attention on the advices provided by our guest speaker, Mr. Jean-Francois Ouellet, consultant in recruitment. YCPA thanks Adecco HR Consulting Services, as well as to all the professionals that joined the members after the conference during the cocktail to share their experience to the members. The formula was a win on all counts!
